Welcome to

Therapy Space Kraków

My name is Jakub Drożyński and my help is directed to people who suffer from sadness, depression, fear of making decisions or have a problem with building relationships. Therapy can also be supportive for people struggling with a sudden crisis or loss (divorce, parting, job loss, illness, family illness).

You might be considering psychotherapy because you often feel anxious, depressed or angry without knowing why; or you find yourself repeating behaviours which you know are unhelpful, but don’t feel able to change. Perhaps a bereavement or a difficult relationship has left you with feelings you don’t know how to resolve. Others who seek psychotherapy aren’t experiencing specific difficulties, but feel unsatisfied or unable to find fulfilment in their relationships, work or creative endeavours, when outwardly things seem to be going quite well.

I am trained psychotherapist and finished the Psychotherapy Course of the Personality Disorders Ward of dr Józef Babiński Clinical Hospital and work as a psychologist in the Community Mental Health Centre for Adults in Wieliczka.

I have lived and worked in London, UK for 15 years, where I played various roles taking care of people and supporting them therapeutically. For 5 years I have worked within the NHS forensic service, facilitating patients' group therapy.

My work is under regular supervision.

I am a member of Polish Psychiatrists Association.

Please feel free to contact me whether to discuss the possibility of starting the psychotherapy or to discuss any questions you might have.
